It's hard to find much to play for under 50 cents, and there are so many conversions to points that are tricky and poorly indicated that I've played $5, as an advanced player, accidentally one too many times. The casino itself is nice enough although the machines are set too high, higher than Vegas actually, and higher than any other Native American casino that I've been to in California. Why so many times, one might ask, if the machines are so tight? Because I've been invited on and on. I am quite used to the concept of 'losing' and even 'losing streaks.' I've just visited the Graton Casino for the fifth time, and I have spent a few hundred dollars there now on all manner of slots, and I have lost every cent thus far, as have all of the people I've gone with.
